Unpluggit Ice Cream prize draw Terms & Conditions
1/. To be eligible to win, you have to live in the UK. You can sign the petition form from anywhere in the world though, so please do.
2/. This promotion is run under English law and so it's subject to the English courts.
3/. If you work for Ben & Jerry's Homemade Limited, or a relative does, or if you work for one of their agencies, then you are not eligible to win this draw.
4/. The winner will be the entry which is pulled out from those petitions received by Ben & Jerry's.
5/. The prize is a tub of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. You will be supplied with a token that you can exchange at participating retailers for a 500ml tub of Ben & Jerry's. Sorry, but no cash alternative is available. You will need to use the token before the expiry date printed on it.
6/. The closing date for entries is midnight of each Thursday between 30th March 2007 and 26th July 2007. Winners will be emailed within 15 days. Winners will be contacted via email and announced on each Friday during the prize draw period and will be posted on the Unpluggit website for a limited period.
7/. Ben & Jerry's reserve the right to alter, amend the prize or any of these terms and conditions or close the competition.
8/. Entry to this competition means you have accepted these terms and conditions, which include the competition instructions. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
